🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Minor electrical work – outlet replacements, resetting breakers, troubleshooting power issues
✔️ Plumbing repairs – fixing leaks, replacing faucets, clearing drains
✔️ HVAC maintenance – replacing filters, troubleshooting heating/cooling issues, assisting with repairs
✔️ Carpentry & structural repairs – drywall patching, door repairs, installing shelves
✔️ Equipment maintenance – inspecting boilers, pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems
✔️ Emergency response – handling urgent maintenance calls, snow removal, storm cleanup
✔️ Troubleshooting & diagnostics – identify, assess, and fix maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
✔️ Vendor coordination – work with contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects
✔️ Mentoring Level I techs – help train and guide entry-level team members
✔️ Maintaining logs & reports – document maintenance tasks and inspections for property records
📅 Schedule & Pay
✅ Full-time position
✅ Rotating schedule – weekends & holidays required
✅ On-call rotation – higher demand in winter (snow removal, storm cleanup) 🌨️
✅ $21-25/hr DOE 💰 + room for raises & advancement
✅ Health insurance + 2 weeks PTO per year
✅ Bring your own tools or we’ll provide them
🛠 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
✔️ Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills – can assess and prioritize maintenance needs
✔️ Self-starter & independent worker – can take initiative and get things done
✔️ Excellent communication skills – able to interact professionally with residents, owners, and team members
✔️ Physical stamina – lifting, climbing ladders, working in varying temperatures
