Hamlet Clubhouse Reservation
Service Description
Clubhouse reservations are available for residents of the Hamlet only, for $50 per event. If your reservation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation and a $50 invoice. You may also opt to have the fee billed to your HOA statement during booking, but the fee must be paid in advance of the reservation. The fee includes a $25 rental fee and $25 refundable cleaning deposit. The cleaning deposit can be refunded at the sole discretion of the HOA board and management company, based on the condition of the clubhouse following the event. If any additional cleaning is required, the deposit will not be refunded. All Clubhouse events not put on by the Association require a reservation. Only Occupants may reserve the Clubhouse. Check with the management company for more information on reservations and applicable event fees. Reservation(s) give exclusive use of the Clubhouse’s common area, but not the bathrooms, workout room, and/or pool and hot tub area. The following rules apply to Clubhouse reservations: a) Reservations must be made and paid at least five (5) days prior to the event and in coordination with the management company. b) Reservation holders must be present for the entire event and are personally liable for any and all damages caused by attendees. c) The reserving Occupant will be billed for any and all repairs, replacement(s), and/or other damages related to their event, along with an additional fifteen percent (15%) penalty based on the total cost to repair such damages. d) The regular Clubhouse hours apply to ALL reservations e) Fees, tickets, or products may not be sold or required to attend event/meeting(s) at the Clubhouse without specific Board approval. Examples include, but are not limited to, tickets to a fundraiser or cosmetic party. f) Occupants reserving the Clubhouse are responsible for its cleaning and returning it in the same condition it was found before the event. g) If the Clubhouse requires cleaning after an event, fifty-dollars ($50.00) per hour will be billed to the Occupant that made the reservation. h) The Occupant making the reservation acknowledges that they have read and understood these Association Rules before making any such reservation. i) Pool hours are from eight (8) am until nine-thirty (9:30) pm.
