The K&K Story
About Us
K&K was founded by lifetime local Wade Street and named after his kids. Wade was born and raised in the Heber / Midway area, giving him access to a network of local vendors, suppliers, and contractors, as well as a familiarity with the unique challenges in the area, that big companies can't compete with.
Wade and Jen have worked in property management for over 25 years, and firmly believe that the K&K team can provide a higher quality of service than any other management company in the area - and they're on a mission to prove it.
Who We Are:
Wade Street
Wade Street, the owner of K&K, has worked in property management for 15 years, including four years at Park City Lodging as the Director of Maintenance. In 2022, he was awarded the Black Diamond Manager of the Year Award by the Park City Area Lodging Association, as well as the Breezeway Excellence in Maintenance Award. During his tenure, Park City Lodging has consistently won Best in State in property management for four years running.
During his time at Park City Lodging, Wade has simultaneously managed over a dozen HOAs and 300+ rental and management-only homes in the Park City area, and is one of the most widely known & trusted leaders in property management in Park City, Utah.
Who We Are:
Jennifer Booth
Wade is supported in the office by Jennifer Booth, who fell into property management by accident ten years ago and hasn't looked back. After seven years of modernizing and streamlining processes at her first property, Jennifer moved on to open a luxury resort in Park City, and has spent the last two years managing Snow Flower Condominiums, one of the most popular PCMR-mountainside condo communities in Park City.
How We Got Started
In early 2023, Wade got tired of listening to Jen whine about how terrible the discount management company at her Midway HOA was. Realizing that he could provide a higher level of service for the same price, Wade launched K&K Property Management to give HOAs and homeowners in the area a better choice in property management.
K&K took over management at the Hamlet HOA in Midway in February 2023, and homeowners immediately noticed a difference. Through our commitment to high touch owner relations, a regular on-property presence and a strategic plan to tackle long-deferred maintenance issues, K&K Property Management dramatically increased resident satisfaction and board members' mental health within the first three months of management.
What We Do
K&K Property Management is fully licensed and insured to protect the company, our clients, and our homeowners.
The services offered by K&K include administration and accounting, property and facility maintenance, community management, cleaning and housekeeping, and pool care. We also offer custom services based on your property’s needs to ensure that you get exactly what you need, without paying for any of the ”fluff”.
Why We're Different
In popular vacation areas like Park City, Heber, and Midway, the frustrating reality is that many property management companies manage HOAs just to access their rental inventory - their focus is on signing lucrative short term rental properties, and taking care of the HOA takes second place.
Here at K&K, we believe that you shouldn't have to pay for second place, which is why our primary focus is on community management. We don't do short-term rentals - which means we're 100% dedicated to giving you top-notch services and support, and we are committed to being the absolute best at what we do.
